At Luxumoon, we are proud of the craftsmanship that goes into every piece of jewelry we create. Our Lifetime Warranty reflects our commitment to standing behind the quality of our work — not just at the point of purchase, but for the life of your jewelry.
This warranty applies to all Luxumoon jewelry purchased directly through luxumoon.com and covers specific manufacturing-related issues as outlined below.

What our lifetime warranty covers
Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects that result from the way your jewelry was made — not from how it was worn or cared for after purchase. Covered defects include:
- Manufacturing defects in metalwork such as broken clasps, faulty solder joints, or structural failures not caused by impact or wear
- Stone loss resulting from a defective setting within 6 months of delivery (where the loss is due to a setting failure, not accidental impact)
- Prong failure not caused by accidental damage
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover damage or wear that occurs after the jewelry leaves our facility. The following are explicitly excluded:
- Accidental damage — drops, knocks, bending, or impact
- Normal wear and tear — scratches, surface marks, and metal dulling over time
- Stone loss caused by accidental impact or improper care (after the 6-month defect window)
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, cleaning agents, chlorine, or saltwater
- Damage resulting from resizing or repairs carried out by a third-party jeweler not authorised by Luxumoon
- Lost or stolen jewelry
- Damage caused by improper storage or negligence

How to make a warranty claim
Step 1 — Email us at hello@luxumoon.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim — [Your Order Number]".
Step 2 — Include: your full name and order number, a clear description of the issue, close-up photos of the defect from multiple angles, and proof of purchase (your order confirmation email).
Step 3 — Our team reviews your claim within 2–3 business days and will confirm whether it qualifies under this warranty.
Step 4 — If approved, we provide full instructions for safely shipping the item back to us. Once received and inspected, repairs are typically completed within 7–14 business days. We ship the repaired piece back to you at no charge.
Warranty claim conditions
- The jewelry must have been purchased directly from luxumoon.com
- The item must not have been modified, resized, or repaired by a jeweler not authorised by Luxumoon
- The defect must be consistent with a manufacturing fault and not with accidental damage or wear
- Photos and proof of purchase must be submitted with your claim
Luxumoon reserves the right to assess each claim individually and determine whether the issue falls within the scope of this warranty. Our decision is made in good faith based on a professional inspection of the item.
Shipping for warranty repairs
- For approved warranty repairs: Luxumoon covers the return shipping cost back to you after repair
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item to Luxumoon for inspection
- All items must be shipped using a trackable and insured courier — we recommend FedEx, UPS, or DHL
- Luxumoon is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit to our facility
Fraud prevention & warranty integrity
Because our jewelry involves certified diamonds and high-value materials, every item submitted for a warranty claim is professionally inspected upon arrival. We verify that the item matches the original order using our pre-dispatch photographs, certificate records, and setting documentation. If an item shows evidence of tampering, stone substitution, or third-party modification, Luxumoon reserves the right to decline the claim and return the item to the customer.
Important notes
- This warranty covers repair only — it does not include full item replacement unless the defect cannot be repaired
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
- Warranty service is available for customers in all countries we ship to
- This warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country
