For orders outside Canada and the United States, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees required by their country.
These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.
Shipping addresses can be changed before the order has shipped.
Once the order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified for security reasons.
Carriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails, the package may be held at a nearby carrier location or returned to Luxumoon.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Luxumoon offers a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Item must be in original condition
- All packaging and certificates must be included

Warranty & Repairs
Yes. Luxumoon offers a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covering defects in materials or craftsmanship.
The warranty may cover:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural issues with settings
- Loose prongs caused by production defects
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Lost or stolen jewelry
- Damage caused by misuse
If a small accent diamond becomes loose due to a manufacturing defect within the first 6 months, Luxumoon may repair or replace it.
After this period, stone loss is generally considered normal wear and tear.
Yes. Repair services may still be available for a reasonable service fee.
Yes. Jewelry modified or repaired by another jeweler may void the Luxumoon Lifetime Warranty.
Ring Sizing
We recommend confirming your ring size through:
- A professional jeweler
- A ring sizing tool
- Measuring an existing ring
Luxumoon may offer one complimentary resizing within 60 days of delivery for eligible rings.
No. Some styles such as eternity bands or full pavé rings may not be resizable.
Resizing typically requires 1–2 weeks after the ring is received.
Contact our support team to determine whether resizing or remaking the ring is the best solution.
Diamond & Jewelry Education
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural diamonds.
Many Luxumoon diamonds are graded by recognized laboratories such as IGI (International Gemological Institute).
Yes. Our suppliers follow responsible sourcing standards and comply with the Kimberley Process for natural diamond supply chains.
Natural diamonds form in the earth over millions of years, while lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments using advanced technology. Both are chemically identical.
Lab-grown diamonds generally require fewer natural resources than traditional mining.
Jewelry Care & Cleaning

Engraved jewelry is considered personalized and may be final sale.
No. Engraving is not covered under the Luxumoon Lifetime Warranty. Luxumoon cannot guarantee engraving durability after resizing, polishing, or wear.
Once engraving is completed, it cannot usually be modified or removed.
Yes. Some resizing or repair services may affect or remove the engraving.
Custom Jewelry
Yes. Luxumoon may offer custom design services depending on the request.
Custom jewelry typically requires 3–6 weeks depending on the design.
