Ring Size Policy

Ring Size Policy

Overview

At Luxumoon, we want your ring to fit perfectly. Because many of our rings are made-to-order, selecting the correct ring size at the time of purchase is very important.

This Ring Size Policy explains how sizing works, how customers can determine their correct size, and the options available if a resize is needed.

Customer Responsibility for Ring Size

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size when placing an order.

Luxumoon strongly recommends confirming your ring size using one of the following methods before ordering:

• Visiting a professional jeweler for sizing
• Using an accurate ring sizing tool
• Measuring an existing ring that fits properly

Ring size guides provided on our website are intended as general references and may not always produce exact results.

Complimentary Resizing

Luxumoon may offer one complimentary resizing within 60 days of delivery for eligible rings.

Conditions for complimentary resizing:

• The ring must be in new and unworn condition
• The ring must not show signs of damage or modification
• The resizing must be within reasonable size adjustments

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with resizing services.

Rings That Cannot Be Resized

Some ring styles cannot be resized due to their design structure.

These may include:

Eternity bands
• Rings with full pavé diamonds around the band
• Certain hidden halo or delicate multi-stone designs
• Rings with complex patterns or structural limitations

If a ring cannot be resized, Luxumoon may offer alternative solutions such as remaking the ring, which may involve additional charges.

Made-to-Order Rings

Because most Luxumoon rings are custom crafted after an order is placed, significant resizing requests may require the ring to be re-manufactured.

In such cases, additional production fees may apply.

Resizing Limitations

Most rings can be resized only within a limited range.

Typical resizing limits may include:

Up to one or two sizes larger or smaller

Resizing beyond this range may compromise the structural integrity of the ring.

If a resizing request exceeds safe limits, Luxumoon may recommend remaking the ring instead of resizing.

Delicate Settings

Certain designs such as hidden halo, pavé, or micro-pavé rings require special care during resizing.

Because these settings contain very small diamonds secured by fine prongs, resizing may involve additional work and inspection to ensure the stones remain secure.

Luxumoon reserves the right to evaluate resizing requests for delicate designs before confirming eligibility.

Third-Party Resizing

If a ring is resized or modified by a third-party jeweler, the Luxumoon Lifetime Warranty may become void.

We strongly recommend contacting Luxumoon for resizing services to ensure the integrity of the ring design.

• Eligibility for resizing

Luxumoon reserves the right to refuse resizing requests if the ring shows signs of damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
