Ring size policy
Getting your ring size right is one of the most important steps in your Luxumoon journey. Because most of our rings are handcrafted to order, we want to make sure you have all the tools and guidance you need to order confidently, and a clear, fair process if a resize is ever needed after delivery.

Finding your ring size
We strongly recommend measuring your finger carefully before ordering, as most Luxumoon rings are made to the size you specify at checkout.
- Use our Ring Size Guide and chart before placing your order
- Measure at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest
- Temperature affects finger size — fingers are slightly larger in warm weather and smaller in cold
- If you are between two sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size
- For wide band rings (4mm and above), consider going half a size up for comfort

Size responsibility
The ring size selected at checkout is the size your ring will be crafted to. Because our jewelry is made-to-order, please ensure you have measured carefully and selected the correct size before completing your purchase.
- The size entered at checkout is the customer's responsibility
- An incorrect size submitted at checkout is not considered a manufacturing defect and does not qualify for a free replacement
- If you are not sure of your size, please contact us before ordering
Free resize — one time within 30 days
Luxumoon offers one complimentary resize within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible:
- The resize request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
- The ring must be in its original, unworn condition — no signs of wear, scratches, or damage
- The ring must not have been previously resized or modified by any jeweler
- The ring must be a resizable style (see non-resizable rings below)
How to request a resize
Step 1 — Email us at hello@luxumoon.com with the subject line "Resize Request — [Your Order Number]".
Step 2 — Include your full name, order number, current ring size, and the new size you need.
Step 3 — We confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days and provide return shipping instructions.
Step 4 — Ship the ring to us using a trackable and insured courier. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the ring to Luxumoon.
Step 5 — Once received, resizing typically takes 5–10 business days. We ship the resized ring back to you at no charge.
Rings that cannot be resized
Due to their design or metal composition, certain Luxumoon rings cannot be resized. These items are clearly labeled as "Non-Resizable" on the product page before purchase.
- Full eternity bands — diamonds or gemstones set all the way around the band
- Pavé and micro-pavé rings — the continuous stone setting makes structural resizing impossible without risking stone loss
- Certain metal types including tungsten and titanium that do not respond safely to resizing techniques
- Rings with intricate engraving or design elements that wrap the full band

Paid resize service
After your one free resize has been used, or if your resize request falls outside the 30-day window, we offer a paid resize service subject to the ring being a resizable style.
- Cost is determined based on ring style, metal type, and size change required — we will provide a quote before proceeding
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (to and from Luxumoon)
- Turnaround time: 5–10 business days after receipt of the item

Important — resizing and return eligibility
- Once a ring has been resized — whether by Luxumoon or any other jeweler — it is no longer eligible for return or exchange under our Return & Refund Policy
- Resizing constitutes a modification to the item and permanently changes its original condition
- If you are considering returning an item, do not request a resize first — contact us to discuss your options
Third-party resizing
We strongly advise against having your Luxumoon ring resized by a local or third-party jeweler. Doing so will:
- Immediately void your Luxumoon Lifetime Warranty for any craftsmanship-related claims
- Make the item ineligible for any future resize service from Luxumoon
- Potentially damage the setting, stones, or finish in ways we cannot be held responsible for

International resize requests
We accept resize requests from all countries we ship to. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the ring to Luxumoon for resizing. We recommend using a fully insured and trackable international courier such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Please mark all packages clearly as "Jewelry for Repair/Resize — No Commercial Value" to avoid customs complications.
