Product images are for illustrative purposes slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of our jewelry.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred a full refund will be issued in such cases
• Order confirmation by email does not constitute final acceptance we reserve the right to cancel if an item is unavailable

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

A significant portion of Luxumoon's jewelry is made-to-order or custom-designed. By placing an order for a custom item, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Custom items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable as stated in our Return Policy
• Once design approval is given, the order cannot be cancelled
• Minor variations from digital renderings are inherent to handcrafted jewelry and do not constitute defects
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Luxumoon accepts payment through the methods available at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. Luxumoon does not store full payment card details.

International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or card provider. Taxes and duties applicable in your country are your responsibility and are not included in the listed price unless stated at checkout.
