At Luxumoon, every order is handled with the same care as the jewelry itself. Because most of our pieces are made-to-order, we want to be fully transparent about how long your order takes and what to expect from the moment you purchase to the moment it arrives at your door.

By placing an order with Luxumoon, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Production Time
---------------

Most Luxumoon jewelry is crafted to order. After payment is confirmed, please allow the following production times before your order is dispatched:
• Standard items: 18–25 business days
• Made-to-order engagement rings and wedding bands: 18–25 business days
• Custom / bespoke orders (consultation-based): timeline confirmed individually at time of order

Production times may be extended during peak seasons such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, and Mother's Day. We will notify you if your order is affected.

Shipping Time

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping periods. Luxumoon is not responsible for carrier-caused delays once your order has been dispatched.

Carriers
--------

We work with multiple trusted international carriers depending on your destination country. The carrier and tracking details will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. All shipments are fully tracked and insured.

Order Tracking
--------------

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive your tracking information within your expected dispatch window, please contact us at hello@luxumoon.com.

Signature on Delivery
---------------------

For the security of high-value jewelry shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at your shipping address. If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
-----------------------

Luxumoon ships internationally from Canada. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country's government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.
• Luxumoon has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount
• Customs processing may add additional days to your delivery estimate
• Refused deliveries due to unpaid duties will result in shipping fees being deducted from any refund

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order if you have concerns about applicable fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Luxumoon is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@luxumoon.com we will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

All Luxumoon orders are shipped with full insurance. If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number, tracking information, and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
