Yes, every lab-grown diamond we use is independently IGI certified for cut, clarity, color, and carat weight.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in metalwork, such as broken clasps, faulty solder joints, or structural failures not caused by impact or wear. It also covers prong failure not caused by accidental damage, and stone loss from a defective setting within 6 months of delivery.

Accidental damage, normal wear and tear, damage from chemicals, chlorine, or saltwater, resizing or repairs by a jeweler not authorised by Luxumoon, improper storage, and lost or stolen jewelry are not covered.

Once an approved item is received and inspected, repairs are typically completed within 7-14 business days. We ship the repaired piece back to you at no charge.

Yes. Having your ring resized by a local or third-party jeweler voids your Luxumoon Lifetime Warranty for craftsmanship-related claims. Please contact us first. We are always happy to help.

Most Luxumoon pieces are crafted to order. Standard items and made-to-order engagement rings and wedding bands take 18-25 business days before dispatch. For custom and bespoke orders, the timeline is confirmed individually when you order.

After dispatch, delivery to Canada and the USA takes 5-7 business days with standard shipping or 3-5 with express. Europe, Australia, and all other countries take 7-10 business days with standard shipping or 5-7 with express.

Yes. Every order is fully tracked and insured from dispatch to delivery, and you receive a tracking number by email once it ships. A signature may be required on delivery.

Luxumoon ships from Canada. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, tracking information, and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Standard, unmodified items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and returned with all documentation, including the IGI certificate for diamonds of 1 carat and above. The customer covers return shipping.

No. Custom-designed, personalized, engraved, and made-to-specification pieces are final sale. This is shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout before payment.

Email hello@luxumoon.com within your 30-day window with your full name, order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. We reply within 2-3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

After the returned item passes inspection, a 100% refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your payment provider may take another 3-5 business days to show the credit.

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to exchange for a different design, style, or size. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns, and any price difference is charged or credited. Custom and personalized items cannot be exchanged.

Yes. We offer one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery. You cover shipping to us and we ship the resized ring back free. A resized ring is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
